Bursting Strength Tester (Digital) has a Wide viewing area to check the fabric thoroughly. It has Dual Light Sources : TOP Illumination to check the Dyeing and Printing Defects and Bottom Illumination to check the Weaving Defects.

Specification

Bursting Strength is designed to find burst strength of fabric/ leather/ paper/paper board & corrugated box. Burst Strength is defined as the hydrostatic pressure that is required to produce rupture of the material when pressure is applied at it at an increased rate through a rubber diaphragm.

Bursting Strength Tester (Digital) has a sturdy body having a specially designed clamp to hold the fabric for bursting test .A test specimen is held between two annular clamps under sufficient pressure to minimize slippage. The clamping is done by a convenient hand wheel arrangement . A circular diaphragm of special rubber is clamped between the lower clamping plate

The upper clamping surface, which is in contact with the test specimen, has a continuous spiral groove and the lower clamping surface has a number of concentric grooves to minimize the slippage of specimen. The equipment is fitted with an advanced motor driven cam mechanism, which increases fluid displacement on the lower side of the Diaphragm at a specified rate. The equipment has an auto arrangement, which automatically brings down the pressure and stops the motor on completion of the test cycle. A digital, microprocessor-based control panel has digital display with peak value & zero setting. The equipment is beautifully finished in Blue powder coated paint for modern aesthetics.
