GENERAL INFORMATION
Flexure Testing Machine is Designed to test accurate flexure strength of concrete beams. The design provides utmost rigidity through out their working range. The load is applied by the top of the machine though the piston fitted on the top. A spacer is for testing of specimens of different size of beams. The load is indicated on the calibrated gauge of range 0 – 100 kN x 0.5 kN (0-1000 kgf x 50kgf).
Flexural Testing Machine, widely used in materials testing labs to determine the flexural strength (bending strength) of materials like concrete beams, metals, plastics, and composites.

These are essential to create correct loading conditions:
1. Loading Rollers
-
Hardened steel rollers
-
For applying load at a single point (center-point loading) or at two points (third-point loading)
2. Support Rollers
-
Pair of rollers or knife edges
-
Adjustable span (commonly 100 mm to 600 mm) to accommodate different specimen lengths
3. Roller Mounting Blocks
-
Hold and align the rollers properly
-
Allow free rotation to minimize friction
4. Adjustable Span Frame
-
For quickly setting different support spans
